Worked with a client to Certify and License an Acute Psychiatric Hospital, which resulted in a positive impact on their business performance. Developed opening plans to include an environmental assessment, comprehensive strategic action plan, and full on-site implementation management.
ALC worked on planning for a Geriatric Mental Health Program. This is a strong service for hospitals with excess bed capacity.

Successfully licensed an eating disorders program under Congregate Living Health Facility licensure. Took this program from concept to opening. Developed close working relationships with the California licensing authorities.
