LVN NURSING SCHOOL
Worked with a client from the conceptual stages of a LVN program to program certification. We recruited the Dean of the Nursing School and jointly worked with the Board of Nursing to achieve a successful opening. This program enabled the client to respond to the critical nurse shortage, achieved their goal of cost-effectively improving the quality and performance level of their patient care and enhanced staff retention and satisfaction.
