Performed Revenue Enhancement and Cost Management projects for various hospital departments, permitting the client to maximize efficiencies and increase per patient day (PPD) revenue without sacrificing their quality of care.

Worked with seven (7) regional acute care facilities to identify and implement opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost containment. A positive impact of >$3.8 m. was achieved.

Analysis and advisory support in a post acute care facility resulted in annual cost savings of $266,000 and revenue enhancements of $225,000.
